Step 4 Place your order
Step 1 Find inspiration
The first step is to find an image of our tiles that inspires you. Look at the designs or the installations on our website or choose the tile range that appeals to you. You can also look at our Instagram page or Pinterest boards. It doesn’t have to be just one image but better if it’s not twenty! Think about the colours that would work for your project.
Step 2 Order samples
When you have found your inspiration, get in touch through the enquiry form on our website. Select the tiles and colours that you would like to see in your sample pack or send us the image that inspires you. There are limitless options so we normally send two representative sample tiles and a selection of colour chips.
Step 3 We create a layout design for you.
Once you have the sample pack, it’s time to make some choices. For the screen-printed tiles, choose the colours you would like to combine – usually 3 or 4 per installation – and the solid base glaze: white or cream. For Relief tiles, choose your preferred solid glaze. Let us know the dimensions of the area to be tiled and we’ll create a layout design for you.
Step 4 Place your order
We will adapt and adjust the layout design to your preference. Then, when you’re happy with the design, we’ll ask for a transport quote and then prepare a draft invoice for you to check. Once the invoice is paid, we’ll confirm the order and schedule it in for production.
What is the process from start to finish (in brief)?
1. Seek inspiration! Look at the designs or the installations on our website or look at our Instagram and Pinterest pages.
2. Get in touch. Select the tiles and colours for your sample pack or send us the image that inspires you.
3. Choose the colours for your project and tell us the dimensions of the area to be tiled. We’ll create a layout design for you.
4. Give us your feedback. When you’re happy with the design, we’ll issue an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, we’ll schedule the tiles for production.
